“ This is a must try restaurant in Houston. It is located inside the Hong Kong Mall nearby the foodcourt. I got garlic butter nails. Its hard to say for sure without tasting, but based on the ingredients, it likely offers a complex flavor profile. The snails themselves are said to have a slightly sweet and briny taste. This is complemented by the savory notes of the fried garlic and the fresh, herbaceous aroma of the herbs. The garlic butter sauce likely adds a richness and depth to the overall flavor. It was one of my favorites. They have lots of kind of noodle like bun bo hue, bo kho dishes. I will come back and try them next time. ”
